Beneficiary

A Beneficiary in the broadest sense is a natural person or other legal entity who receives money, profits or advantages from a benefactor.

More specifically a Beneficiary is an individual, institution, trustee, or estate which receives, or may become eligible to receive, benefits under a will, insurance policy, retirement plan, trust, or other contracts.
