Secretary

A Secretary is responsible for the administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented. A proprietary company is not required to appoint a Secretary, if it does, however, they must reside in Australia. The company director can also be the Secretary.
